A Dutch right-wing member of parliament called for a purge of mosques in the Netherlands during a debate on the integration of Muslim and Turkish minorities. [1] Without Islam, the Netherlands would be a wonderful country, says Dutch politician Machiel de Graaf with the PVV party to the Dutch Parliament. “Dutch unity, identity and culture are being wrecked by immigration and incubation. We do not want Islam in the Netherlands,” said Machiel de Graaf, a member of Dutch anti-immigration and anti-Islam Party for Freedom (PVV), during a debate on integration in the Netherland’s House of Representatives, reports Hurriyet Daily News in Turkey. [2] He vociferously stated that the Netherlands has been “Islamized”, and blames the PvdA (Labour) party for this, also saying Labour should be ashamed of their proposition to recognize the Palestinian State. [3] He called for closing down all mosques in the country, emphasizing that the Netherlands would be better off without mosques, the Assyrian International News Agency reports. [4] According to de Graaf, Muslims in the country are not integrated into Dutch society and refuse to be assimilated. [5] They also threaten Dutch identity and culture by having more kids, he added. Who can disagree? In country after country people say the same thing. Never have truer words been spoken in a political setting. Some say it’s like poetry. [6] It’s Shakespeare of the 21th Century! To quote Machiel de Graaf:
Without Islam, the Netherlands would not be losing 7.2 billion per year on mass (Muslim) immigration.
Without Islam there would be no mosques in Netherlands and people would not be confronted every day by Islamic headscarves, “hate beards”, and minarets; A country without all the symbols of Islamic domination, wonderful. What a country Netherlands would be!
Without Islam, Jewish children would be able to go to school without protection and gays and lesbians would be safer on our streets.
Without Islam we would need fewer prisons and police. Integration subsidies would be unnecessary. We would have less mistreatment of animals, and apartheid would be a word in the history books.
Without Islam, highly qualified Dutch people would feel less inclined to emigrate.
Without Islam, Sharia would not be insidiously introduced in more and more districts.
Children at school would not be confronted with halal meat during the Christmas dinner, the Christmas trees would not be a subject for discussion, and the Ramadan would not result in empty classrooms.
Without Islam, no jihad fighters.
Without Islam, no substantial level of threat concerning terrorism and no children rejoicing the streets after the mass murders in WTC on 9/11.
Yes, Madam President, imagine what a wonderful country that would be if you could leave all that behind you. The Muslims who generally come here do not change; do not integrate, do no assimilate; No they convert the Netherlands at our expense into their own homeland with all the mosques, and the original population are just guests.
Islamic immigration, the hijra, has been doing things this way for 1,400 years and that will not change.
Islam is bringing anti-semitism back into Europe. In Toulouse and Brussels Jews have been shot and killed by Muslims just because they were Jewish. In Amsterdam, because of threats by young Muslims you are no longer safe on the streets.
The Netherlands must be de-Islamised, all mosques must be closed, jihadists must be expelled and never allowed back, and the borders must be closed to people from Islamic countries.
The Dutch government must commit itself to repatriation of Muslims back to Muslim countries so we will not be plagued with honor killings, cousin marriages, anti-semitism, homophobia, animal abuse, rampant crime, rape, and welfare spending, not to mention honor killings, cousin marriages and hate preachers. Turkey’s Foreign Ministry had previously released a statement that complained to Dutch authorities about “aggressive and racist accusations” being made against the Turkish community in the Netherlands, and warned that the issue could harm bilateral relations. Foreign ministry spokesman Tanju Bilgic said in a written statement on Nov. 26 that Dutch government officials had prepared a xenophobic report about Turkish associations in the Netherlands. “Aggressive and racist accusations toward Turks who are part of Dutch society and who come from a friendly allied nation are unacceptable,” read the statement. “We have difficulty understanding why these racist attacks, which are incompatible with our long history with the Dutch nation, have been on the agenda recently.” Turkish officials are also infuriated by a report stating that around 80 percent of young Turkish people in the Netherlands support jihadist movements. [8] Dutch politicians have rejected calls raised by a member of the far-right Party for Freedom (PVV) to shut down all mosques in the European country, describing this as “unacceptable”. The extreme Dutch right-wing Party for Freedom had “exceeded the limit”, Netherlands Deputy Prime Minister Lodewijk Asscher was quoted by Anadolu Agency on Thursday, November 27. Asscher’s comments followed a parliamentary debate on integration in which PVV representative Machiel de Graaf called for closing all mosques in Netherlands. [9] Opposing PVV anti-Islam remarks, several Dutch politicians have considered calls to close mosques “dangerous”. The PvdA, the Workers Party, representative, Roos Vermeij, and the Democrat 66 (D66) party member, Sten van Weijenberg, called on the PVV deputies to “retract” their words. While the Labor MP Khadija Arib, who chaired the parliamentary debate on integration, said that “the integration debate had reached a low point.” On his part, deputy PM Asscher warned that PVV calls to ban mosques are “against the Dutch constitution” and that “Muslims had the same rights as other Dutch citizens”.
