“So why in the hell did the president pick a lawyer to be the Ebola Czar and not you?!” Congressman Trey Gowdy asked Obama Health and Human Services Assistant Secretary Dr. Nicole Lurie, at a recent hearing in which he applauded her “incredibly commendable career.”
Gowdy quickly interjected, citing the lack of qualifications of Democrat political operative, Ron Klain, the new and first Ebola Czar, an appointment which has left many Americans scratching their heads.
“Well, I appreciate that Dr. Lurie, but Mr. Klain is not a doctor, he’s not an osteopath, he’s not a nurse, he’s not an epidemiologist, he doesn’t have a background in communicable disease, he doesn’t have a background in infectious disease, he doesn’t have a background in West Africa.”
Gowdy goes on to hilariously mock Obama’s decision to name Democrat operative Ron Klain as the new “Ebola Czar,” asking if Obama might next appoint a tattoo artist to be the next Attorney General.
After the job Eric Holder has done as attorney general, many Americans might rather have a tattoo artist.
