Wasted Like there’s no Tomorrow: Drug induced Zombie Walk

The guy who recorded it said it took place over on Charlton Street in Worcester Massachussetts whilst he was walking a dog and that it isn’t an uncommon site in that area as it’s where a lot of drug users hang out because it’s where one of the only ‘wet’ homeless shelters in the area exists. As such, it’s become a known area for drug users to get their fix, like the girl featured in this video which is actually pretty horrible.  If anything, this is a reminder that these people need help and need to go into rehab and be treated. Some of you have dabbled with drugs but let’s just hope that you’ll never look like the woman in this video. Absolutely horrific, and way more terrifying than a flesh eating zombie prank, however funny that might be. [1]

I happened upon this girl while walking the dog I am taking care of for a tenant that is in jail on a Domestic Assault charge. Sadly, this is not an unusual sight on our public ways in these days of rampant drug use and abuse. My area of concern, the 700 Block of Main Street in Worcester, Massachusetts became infested with drug users and abusers because the only “wet” homeless shelter used to be located right next to the property that I manage.
